To large firms, complying with these new regulations was just another infrastructure investment to be made; a cost of doing business.
The economic impact of these digital document retention laws on small businesses has not been fully understood or even considered. Casdex was developed to solve these digital archiving problems for the lifeblood of the global economy - the small business. After identifying the problem in 2004, we developed a granular, scalable, and robust internet storage solution that provides true archiving services for any business budget. Our patent pending product can be use to provide proof of authenticity in court, and guarantee the contents of the file have been accurately reproduced.
Founded in 2006, Casdex is a California Corporation with offices in Palo Alto, and the Los Angeles area.

Our GuaranteeArchiving is a long term commitment. To protect your intellectual property and ensure that your archive is available, Casdex has taken steps to minimize any risk should something happen to the company. All of the servers and hardware have been placed in a trust, as well as enough money to run the site (on a read only basis) for six months. Your archive will not disappear. Should any change in the viability of our business occur, we will contact each customer and work with them to safely migrate their data.
